UrbanMeasure “Renovation Floor Plans” (also referred to as As-Built CAD creation) are the perfect tool in the event you need a detailed blueprint and CAD file, printed to scale, for permit approvals and development or renovation assistance of residential and commercial properties. Included in each plan is every detail possible from walls, windows, doors and cabinet sizes to plumbing locations and exterior finishes to optional electrical locations, and reflective ceiling plans. We also offer elevations to finalize your every requirement. With documented experience from 100 Sq.Ft. to 150,000 Sq.Ft. you can feel confident that no property is too complicated or complex for us to complete.

This service is available nation-wide. In the event, you have your blueprints on paper but need them in a digital CAD format, we can help. Email us the files, assuming they will be readable for use and we’ll re-draw them to our “Renovation Floor Plan” and provide them back in a fully functional DWG file type for AutoCAD or related products.

This service is meant to help you create a clear, usable, and informative fire escape plan to post within your multi-unit building and/or place of business. We provide a detailed color 2D floor plan and CAD file, with all the exits, stairwells, fire extinguishers, direction arrows and muster points clearly marked for your staff/customers and your local fire department to follow in the event of an emergency.

Matterport 3D is a fantastic walk through scanning system that includes the 3D dollhouse view that buyers have learned to love. Although we are unable to brand the service around you, like we can with our uTOUR system, it does have some added ability as a 360 scanning system opposed to 360 camera. Including the ability to develop a point-cloud file for renovation/development purposes. Approximate time on site required is 1-3 hours depending on property size.
